1. The surface of the product is not allowed to have defects, lack of material, burnt, whitening, peaking, blistering, cracking, baking, or wrinkles.
2. Generally, the welding length of the circular hole is not more than 5mm, and the welding length of the special-shaped hole is less than 15mm. The compressive strength of welding can be tested according to the safety factor of action.
3. The appearance of the surface is not allowed to be folded. Generally, the flatness of small products is less than 0.3 mm.
4. There should be no air particles or material flowers on the appearance, and no bubbles should appear on the surface of the mold.
5. The geometrical figures and specification precision of the product should meet the requirements of the model drawing or three-dimensional document. The dimensional tolerance of shaft parts is a negative dimensional tolerance, and the wall thickness of the product generally specifies the average wall thickness. The non-average wall thickness should meet the requirements of the engineering drawings.
6. The surface of the shell bottom shell has no shaved condition, and there are matching holes, shafts, and surfaces. The matching distance and application regulations should be ensured. The factory nameplate of the mold is complete. The factory nameplate should also be affixed to the bottom of the mold foot around the template and the reference corner.
7. The refrigeration nozzle should not extend the surface of the mold base, and the injection molding mold must be produced and processed with a low-head drill. The diameters of the head holes are 25mm, 30mm and 35mm respectively, and the rounded corners of the nozzles should be consistent, with passages and entrances and exits marked.
