This PC fridge drawer mould can work full automatic no problem, but as so high transparent on normal choose take the drawer out by hands or robot.

Choose valve gate hot runner system in order to make sure fill material easy, as PC material very hard & not easy to fill if choose normal point gate.

Sliders take move by oil cylinder in order to make sure 100% safe. If have demands from gov. then also can choose other sytem instead of oil cylinder system.

In order to make sure won't get roughing mark problem, then always advice choose hard steel for this drawer mould.

The steel choose H13, at final arrange by vacuum queching treatment to HRC45 degree for whole cavity plate in order to make sure long use-life.

Arrange mirror polish for cavity side, and desgined full cooling enough water system for it in order to reduce cycle time. Advice connect each water line seperate will be much more better.

Designed many wear plate in order to adjust fix for different machine, advice choose 450Ton machine, but choose special nozzle main for PC material.
