Confirm order: we will ask for sample or drawing for the product, then send P/I to you
Received deposit: on normal we will choose 50% by T/T as deposit, meantime arrange design the product and mold
Design drawings: we will send product and molds 3D and 2D drawing files to you check, if you are not satisfactory, we will repair them
Confirm mold design: we will order steel at once after confirm mold design
Process: surface shaping, drill holes, CNC machine, carve machine, wire cutting, EDM and more (different mold will have different mold process)
Part working: fix the parts, guider/bush, bench work and close the molds
1st time test mold, arrange 1st time test mold on time then send the samples to you
Shipment: after confirm samples, we will arrange shipment after receiving balance
Service: we will offer our best service for you on spare parts and technique
