We check product design. If some position is not perfect, or cannot be done on the mold, we will send a report to the customer.

Mold design

We confirm the product design on the basis of mold design, and sent to customers for confirmation.

Mold tools

After the mold design was confirmed, we began to make molds.

Mold processing

Send a weekly report to customers.

Mold test

Send trial-produced sample and trial-produced report to customer for confirmation.

Mold modification

According to the feedback of users.

Balance settlement

60% by TELEgraphic transfer after the customer confirms the quality of samples and molds.

Mold delivery

Delivery (mold, 3D and 2D drawing DVD, mold manual) by sea or air. The forwarder can be designated by the client.
