Details
We advice choose beryllium bronze for COR top area and CAV inside sliders, as those area hard to get good cooling and very important for quality
Mold steel: H13 for COR and CAV, beryllium bronze for inserts and sliders, C50 for base
Mold cavity: 4 or customized
Mold software: UG for 3D drawing, AutoCAD for 2D drawing, mold flow for analyze
Mold gate way: hot runner (cold runner design welcome)
Plastic material: PS (on normal choose new PS material as hot runner system)
Mold cycle time: 22'/shot (didn't connect cool water when we test the mold)
Mold doff way: automatic by HASCO ejectors
Mold base: standard brand from China
Mold minimum lifespan: 1,000,000 shots (if choose better steel will be longer)
Dimensions: 650 x 550mm (also can depend on customer's machine design new mold size and frame)
Packing: standard wooden case
Mold shipment will be arranged within 7 days after confirm samples and received balance
After product, if need long time stay should put oil (butter mix benzine) on the COR and CAV and slider surface prevent rust, we will offer free spare parts during mold minimum lifespan and technical aegis
