Q1: How to work for this crate mould doff system?

A1: There are many different work step, on normal we choose safe way by oil cylinders. it is like this step: Open mold a little distance - Oil cylinder begin to work (move out sliders) - Continue open till to crate seperate from cavity - stripper plate work - crate doff - close mold a little distance - oil cylinders begin to work (move back sliders) - continue close till to close off - fill material - cooling - Open mold a little distance

Q2: How about cycle time for this crate mould?

A2: On normal choose oil cylinder system will be slower, we advice consider 60'/shot
